"Work-from-Home Lister" means a person contracted or permitted by us to create, manage, or publish listings on behalf of property owners, brokers, or buyers while working remotely.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on the Service with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements and are capable of entering a binding contract.
Some features require registration and creation of an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Notify us immediately through our website contact options if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
All listings must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading. You are solely responsible for the content you post.
Prohibited listing content includes (but is not limited to): fraudulent listings, impersonation, stolen property, hate speech, sexually explicit material, illegal substances, or any content that violates applicable laws or third‑party rights.
You must disclose material facts about a property (ownership, liens, encumbrances, damage, occupancy status, applicable taxes or fees) where required by law.
We reserve the right to remove, edit, or refuse any listing at our discretion, without notice.
Certain Services (including featured listings, subscriptions, academy courses, or promoted ads) are payable. Prices and billing cycles will be presented at purchase.
Monthly and yearly subscription terms, cancelation, and refund policies will be posted where the product is offered. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non‑refundable after the service has been delivered.
You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for any fees and applicable taxes.
We may change fees with notice; existing paid subscriptions will be handled according to the plan terms in effect when you signed up.
If you participate as a Work‑from‑Home Lister, you acknowledge that you act as an independent contractor and not as an employee of PropertyAdda.info, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
You must comply with our onboarding requirements: identity verification, agreement to platform rules, and any background checks where required by law or by our policies.
Work‑from‑Home Listers must follow listing quality standards, data security requirements, and privacy safeguards. You must not share or publish personal data beyond the scope of the listing without proper consent.
Listers must not engage in fraudulent activities, false representation, price manipulation, or any act that harms buyers, sellers, or the platform.
We may suspend or terminate lister privileges for breach of these Terms or for poor performance.
We list loan and insurance offerings from third‑party providers. These listings are provided for convenience only and do not constitute financial or professional advice.
Any transaction with a lender or insurer is solely between you and that provider. You should review the provider’s terms, eligibility criteria, fees, and privacy policy before transacting.
We do not guarantee approval of loans or insurance, nor do we endorse any lender or insurer listed on the Service.
Training materials, courses, and certifications offered through our Real Estate Academy are subject to the academy’s specific terms, payment, and refund policies.
Intellectual property in course materials belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
You retain ownership of Content you upload, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free, non‑exclusive, transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, and distribute such Content to operate and improve the Service and for promotional purposes.
You represent and warrant you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your Content does not infringe third‑party rights.
Copyright takedown requests must be submitted through our designated contact channels on the website with a completed DMCA notice; we will respond promptly as required by applicable law.
You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of any laws or regulations.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or the accounts of others.

We strive to comply with Google’s policies (including but not limited to Google Ads, Google Play, and Google Webmaster Guidelines) and require users and advertisers on our Service to comply as well.
You must not post or promote content that violates Google’s terms or that would jeopardize our ability to use Google services (for example: illicit content, deceptive practices, or fraudulent ad behavior).
If you use our Service to place ads or to publish material that will be distributed via Google platforms, you are responsible for ensuring that content complies with Google’s policies and any platform-specific requirements.
Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share personal information. By using the Service you consent to our Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIRD‑PARTY CONTENT, TRANSACTIONS, OR THE ACCURACY OF LISTINGS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM. THIS LIMITATION WILL APPLY EVEN IF ANY REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PropertyAdda.info and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your Content, or your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, for legal reasons, or for operational reasons.
Termination does not waive rights we may have under law or equity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
If you prefer, certain disputes may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by local law.
We may provide notices by email, posting on the Service, or other reasonable means. Legal notices and DMCA notices should be submitted through the official contact channels provided on the Service.
These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms posted for specific services) constitute the entire agreement between you and PropertyAdda.info concerning the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any provision is effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative.
